From here click on the change of address {as highlighted in the image above}, after you've clicked on it   a new page will then open as shown  in the image below asking you to select a new site

 

Click on the little icon on the image above, once you click on it, it will show you the list of the site you have linked to the search console and verified.

Once the list appears click on the new blog address, after you have clicked on it then it will ask you to validate it as shown below

 

Once this button appears bright like this, just click on it and that's all about changing of address.

Step2. here you need to create 301 redirects, to direct every page from blog addressA to blog addressB.

First head over to your blogger  dashboard and click on settings as directed below

 

After you've clicked on settings a new page will open as shown in the image below

 

Once you land on this page screw down until you see "publishing" as highlighted below

 

Once you see the publishing look down until you see 'Redirect domain" and make sure is enabled.

Once it's enabled screw-down until you come across"HTTPS"

 

Once you see the "HTTPS" Make sure the two buttons are enabled as shown in the image above.
